Clutch total and sub-pump failure causes and solutions
1. The clutch is not completely separated, the shifting is difficult, and the fault occurs after a period of time after debugging.
the reason:
(1) The clutch pedal and the eccentric pin nut connected to the master cylinder are loose;
(2) The main pump push rod nut is loose;
(3) There is a problem with the pressure plate and the follower of the clutch disc assembly.
Solution: (1) tighten the eccentric pin nut; (2) tighten the pin nut after tightening; (3) replace the new platen or follower.
2. The clutch is heavy, the separation is not open, the shift is difficult
the reason:
(1) The internal air of the sub-pump is exhausted;
(2) The clearance of the main pump push rod is too large, so that the effective stroke of the sub-pump is not enough;
(3) The sub-pump bracket has large elastic deformation, which makes the effective stroke discounted;
(4) The welding angle of the clutch separating rocker arm is too poor, which causes the center distance between the flange end of the connecting pump and the fork of the separating arm to be too much, and the pitch of the pumping rod cannot be adjusted, resulting in insufficient stroke;
(5) The gear gap of the shifting link mechanism is too large to cause drag;
(6) The separation bearing is not lubricated, and the inner hole is pulled;
(7) The master pump and the sub-pump do not match.
Solution: (1) empty the un-empted air; (2) adjust the pump push rod to the best effective stroke; (3) re-consolidate the sub-pump bracket; (4) re-weld to reduce the angular error between the separation arm and the center (5) Replace the shifting gear mechanism; (6) Replace the relevant parts that have been pulled, and add the lubricating oil; (7) Replace the master pump that matches the pump.
3. The more the clutch pedal is stepped on, the higher the pedal is, the more slippery.
Cause: The master pump push rod is adjusted downwards too far to close the piston check valve. The pressure oil of the sub-pump cannot come back, and the clutch disc is burned out in severe cases.
Solution: Re-adjust the pusher clearance.
4. The clutch pedal is stepped on the lower part, and is not in place, can not be separated
Cause: The pump plunger has been adjusted too far.
Solution: Re-adjust the separation pusher clearance.
5. The pump leaks
Reasons: (1) The gas path is not clean, and the sealing surface of the gas valve in the pump is stuck by foreign matter and cannot be sealed;
(2) The working environment is bad, the dust is too large, causing the cylinder endosphere to wear in advance;
(3) The total pump return position is not complete, and the check valve in the sub-pump is not sealed.
Solution: (1) Clean the foreign objects in the cylinder, add lubricant, replace the damaged seal; (2) Check and replace the master pump.
6. Stepping on the clutch does not feel, the pump does not respond
the reason:
(1) The oil circuit is not clean, and the foreign matter is stuck in the sealing surface of the master pump check valve, so that the master pump has no reaction;
(2) Leakage due to piping.
Solution: (1) remove foreign matter, replace damaged seal; (2) repair leaky oil pipe.
7. Clutch slip caused by other reasons
the reason:
(1) Serious overload, exceeding the friction of the clutch plate;
(2) The driver puts his foot on the clutch pedal for a long time or the road condition is bad, so that the clutch wears in advance;
(3) The clutch plate is defective, the friction is insufficient after being heated, and the uneven force of the platen causes unilateral wear or slip due to grease contamination.
8. The pump is slow to return, the clutch separation is not complete
Reason: The main pump and the sub-pump connect the tubing with small diameter and separate the bearing to pull the hair.
Solution: (1) Replace the hose with the diameter (inner hole) not less than 6mm; (2) Replace the damaged separation bearing, bearing cap and related damaged parts.
